Silbury Hill, the largest prehistoric mound in Europe, constructed during the third millenium BC, is overlooked by West Kennet longbarrow from the opposite side of the road between Marlborough and Devizes in Wiltshire, England, in the heart of crop circle country.

The St Mary Ley alignment of sacred sites which accompanies the St Michael alignment passes through here as described by Hamish Miller and Paul Broadhurst in The Sun and the Serpent.

Avebury is just a few miles north, while Stonehenge is further east.

The very best way to see crop circles is from the air - Delta Aviation offer Tiger Moth flights from 17+ locations throughout the UK in beautifully restored Tiger Moth aircraft as well as offering a number of flying experiences in other aircraft. A unique and exhilarating, once in a lifetime adventure!
