Grey Wethers
Picture Gallery optimised for Internet Explorer & Netscape 5 and above. Set in an isolated spot in the very heart of Dartmoor in Devon, England, the two Greywethers stone circles are so-named as they appear, from a distance, as a flock of
grey sheep (wethers).
The megaliths are approached along a track which passes through a modern plantation of conifers a short distance from Fernworthy reservoir.
